Commencing in 2014, artists from home and abroad have applied their creativity to walls and buildings throughout Toowoomba in what was known as First Coat Street Art Festival.
This has been an initiative between the Toowoomba Regional Council and local business owners who have volunteered their buildings to be used as canvas to reinvigorate the Toowoomba CBD.
Over the course of 4 years this has lead to a total of over 80 murals now on display.
